I'm an IT Manager and Full-Stack Developer at Lawhill Group of Companies in Fiji — responsible for the full technology environment across multiple business units. That means managing the network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security, and server operations, while also designing and building the internal web platforms that run daily HR and operations workflows.
Beyond my day-to-day IT role, I've spent 8+ years delivering 300+ projects for clients across Fiji and beyond — from QR-based machine asset management portals and HR platforms, to brand identities, marketing materials, and product design. My work spans retail, hospitality, food & beverage, and professional services, always with a focus on digital transformation and workflow digitisation over generic solutions.
I approach problems from a systems perspective: understand the process, identify what's broken, and build something that's actually adopted. Good technology doesn't just function — it fits the people using it and the business depending on it.

Full-Stack Internal HR & Staff Management System
Designed, architected, and built end-to-end: from PostgreSQL schema design and Row Level Security policies through to the Next.js frontend and serverless deployment. The system handles employee leave management, staff directory, announcements, policy documents, onboarding workflows, and executive reporting — with 6 distinct user roles each seeing a tailored interface. Built with Supabase Realtime for live notifications, full audit logging, and leave balance auto-deduction via database triggers.

Internal Business Tool / SaaS-Style Portal
Fiji Coffee Machine Assets Portal
QR-Based Machine Service & Asset Management System
This is not a sales system. It is a machine asset and service management platform. Technicians scan a unique QR code on each coffee machine, fill a two-step digital log form, and capture on-site signatures for service reports — which are then auto-generated as PDFs and emailed to management. The customer portal lets clients view their machines, submit service requests, and download reports. Management dashboards track overdue machines, technician activity, and pending approvals — all backed by Google as a zero-cost database via a serverless Google Apps Script API.

Full-Stack SaaS-Style Internal Business Platform
Built on a zero-infrastructure architecture using Google Apps Script as a REST API and Google Sheets as the database — enabling scalable deployment without server management or hosting costs. The platform serves three distinct roles (Admin, Management, Staff) with scoped dashboards, an interactive analytics suite with 5 chart types, advanced filterable records with CSV export, drag-and-drop image uploads to Google Drive, and a full branch and customer management system. Dark mode, keyboard shortcuts, and a mobile-responsive layout make it a complete internal SaaS product.
